Ombre EveThis lonely turtle waited until it was very dark to come up and rest. To capture her I needed to use a long exposure and some soft fill light to capture the image. I really like how it made the water so cloud like and peaceful. This also allowed a lot of the light from the waning sunset to fill in the sky with an ombre effect. When you take photography underwater you have to choose if you are going to shoot wide angle or macro because you can not change your set up once your diving

If you look close on this jellies lower right tentacle you can see he has caught a little midnight snack
