ProteoSure™ Recombinant Carboxypeptidase BCarboxypeptidase B is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of basic amino acids lysine, arginine, and histidine from the C terminal end of polypeptides. It has a calculated molecular weight of 34 kDa, an optimal pH of 8. 0, and an isoelectric point (pI) of 6. 0.
