'Marry me Quick and Love Me Dear'- an inscribed lace bobbin.A 19th century mutton bone lace bobbin inscribed with a motto 'Marry me Quick and Love Me Dear' The small glass spangle is the original and has clear glass square cut beads. 13cm long. In excellent condition. NB. Lace making was a cottage industry using domestic animal bone and local soft woods. Stock no. KY11
However the more delicate filigree work is complete
