Drawn from one barrel that previously held Maude Otago Chardonnay, this gin has been shaped slowly in cask into a distinct, aromatic expression. Colour: Fine Citrine Aroma: Gooseberry, lemon zest and chamomile Palate: Reminiscent of a freshly cracked Bianco vermouth.
