Under extreme use some competition valve springs can bind their inner and outer springs these will not. Recommended installed valve spring height for cams up to 12mm lift 35mm. Above 12mm add the difference in lift to the fitted length, eg for 12. 5mm fitted length should be 35. 5mm Please use valve spring retainer EN600 when using this valve
