Bubbling CauldronThis bubbling burst of color is actually a stunning botryoidal clusters of purple chalcedony that forms in volcanic rock cavities over millions of years! It is also called Dionysus Agate!

We nicknamed it “Bevo” after the UT-Austin mascot due to it’s burnt orange color

Formation: Lizardite forms deep within ancient metamorphic rock through serpentinization

allowing the depth and detail of the inclusions to stand out without heavy enhancement

we chose a stone combination that naturally captured that same feeling—deep blue lapis layered with quartz filled with golden rutile needles
