The refill grass comes in a cardboard transport box and is ready to be placed in the King Tray (21" x 34") Order Schedules Orders made before 8: 00 am Monday will be ready by Tuesday after 3pm. Orders made before 8: 00 am Thursday will be ready by Friday after 3pm. Please note we will not be taking orders after the 8: 00 am cutoffs. Please pick up

If only ordering King Tray (and not grass) we offer Burnaby warehouse pickup or pet store pickup only

These orders will usually arrive Wednesday but can vary slightly due to courier delays

Orders made before 8:00 am Monday will be shipped by Tuesday (please note that holidays may differ from the typical schedule)
