The palate is fruity

Fermented in stainless steel and aged 3 months on its fine lees

Thanks to the barrel aging the wine has acquired a very intense nose with mature black fruit aromas

integrated with hazelnut and creamy vanilla on the nose

are matured in seasoned oak casks in Taylor’s cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia

and the finish is long

peach and guava with a distinctive flinty minerality
