New England Barrel Company Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Stout BarrelsNEBCo. barrels were provided to Lord Hobo Brewing Company where they proceeded to age stout for 4. 5 months. NEBCo. took these barrels back the day they were emptied and immediately filled each barrel with a single barrel of bourbon. This bourbon was allowed to rest or finish for 7. 5 months before being bottled at cask strength and non chill filtered. Mashbill: 75% Corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley.
