This cross member is used to correctly position the installation of your 700R4 applications without having to modify the stock frame
Convertibles
Comes complete with a new rubber insulated transmission mount and 2 transmission mount-to-case bolts
It's a simple bolt-on operation that will provide clean
clutches and bands will slip
at some time experienced failure of one or more of these components

Simply position them to determine which front cross member rivets to drill out
The kit eliminates the rod linkage and replaces it with a GM cable #3956765 (sold separately)
