Slightly dull, shaded garnet almost ruby suggests this was neither filtered nor fined. Really grunty, sweet southern Rhne with herbs and spices and even a bit of leather. Lots of fun! Hints of molasses and dried grasses. Really artisanal and a liquid to transport you to red wine
