Plants date back to the dawn of time

So you can either water as the soil dies or even keep the plant in a saucer of water to ensure it does not dry out

Thaumatophyllum are known for developing a woody like trunk as it matures and has usually only 4-5ish leaves at a time

that will encourage the trunk to get bigger

though they can tolerate low light areas very well

Deuterocohnia brevifolia is a tropical bromeliad that forms a mound when they grow

" these plants actually eat unfortunate bugs that wander into their 'mouths

which makes watering in place easy

We would recommend placing these in the brightest spot you have available while taking care to avoid any harsh direct sun

They are known for their extremely detailed foliage and for their photonastic movements

Make sure the soil is completely dry between waterings

These ones do not like to dry out a lot between waterings
