Sorby Adams Tristan Shiraz 2021This is a cracking Barossa Shiraz and brilliant value. Notes of chocolate and mocha, black fruits, cassis, raisins and hints of dried fruits, this is big and bold everything youd expect from a top Barossa Shiraz. Seamless and supple in structure, the palate sees notes of aniseed and soy, and yet more chocolate, emerge. There is serious length here and impressive persistence with cashmere like tannins.
