Giffard LycheeGiffard macerates and distills Taiwanese lychees to create Lichi Li, a unique spirit that retains the lychee's beautiful, floral, and tropical perfumes. Undertones of elderflower, lemon, and subtle vanilla. Try it in a twist on a negroni!
It first matures in bourbon casks before being moved over to Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks for a finishing period
and a selection of warm spices are macerated in non-GMO spirit for a couple of weeks
with a pleasantly warm and persistent finish
This is a classic Rioja pleasure without the sensation of feeling too heavy or oaky
No new oak is used to allow the fruit and varietal characteristics of the wines to shine through
and notes of white fruits such as quince and pear
It is an extremely elegant wine that will pamper you for many years to come
and full-bodied
as a rosé
It’s a fresh and fruity wine with floral aromas
with a long finish of citrus and truffles
The aroma is a delightful blend of sweet corn
