Grown in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills this Pinot Gris is harvested with a lovely natural acidity. This is the backbone which carries the voluptuous palate of this wine and results in a complete and delicious Pinot Gris.

While maturing

bouquet expressive and opulent with cedar and cigar box spices

the wine is pressed into seasoned French oak hogsheads (20% new) and raised for a year before bottling without fining or filtration

This superb flavour is full of rich malts and maturity that slowly fades to a silky rounded texture
