Rare 1920's Black Coat with Dramatic CollarInsanely cool 1920's black velvet open hanging coat with pop up dramatic collar! There are no closures to the coat and it's meant to hang open with a really unique silhouette Sleeves are slightly cropped Condition: Very good for age! I haven't tried to clean. Measures, about 21" across armpit when coat is slightly closed about 38" waist when coat is slightly closed about 29" length before crazy collar collar is about 13" height
