The mix is specially formulated to hold inclusions evenly and contains only natural flavourings, non AZO colourings and non hydrogenated fats.

500g of water and 300g of vegetable oil in a mixer and mix slowly for 1 minute then at medium speed for 3 - 4 minutes
This soft white fondant (commonly called pouring or patissier's fondant) pours freely once gently heated and sets to give a brilliant white
Simply thaw and serve
