Halcyon Days Autumn 2025 TeeHalcyon Days Autumn 2025 Tee NZ$50 Our 2025 Autumn tee release is a short sleeved Stanley Stella unisex, 180gsm weight tee in ochre. The Ochre colour is a nod to Autumn, as the vine leaves change to a golden hue around harvest and the low evening sunlight beams through the trees. The Halcyon Days logo is embroidered on the left chest and a Halcyon Days pip is on the right sleeve. We are thrilled to be working with The Print Room for this release.

Hand-bottled

We make our Pét-Nats by handpicking the grapes and pressing them like that (as whole bunches) at the winery

the wine was then pressed after 10 days’ maceration to tank where it finished alcoholic fermentation and completed malolactic fermentation

with only a small portion of whole-bunch fruit thrown into the mix

We keep the winemaking as simple as possible

while Amy pronounces it “Al-see-own” – take your pick

Both clones (220 and 880) were hand-picked in mid-March 2024

and nothing brings on a smile faster than a glass of bubbles
