The 57 chrome right hand lever is made for the tank models 386, 387, 1386. This lever comes with the nut to hold it on to the tank. This lever will be on the right hand side when facing the toilet. The lever being on the right is unusual and mostly found in commercial applications. Codes require handicap restrooms to have the trip lever
